ROLE OVERVIEWClient is seeking a highly detail-oriented Lead Generation & Prospecting Virtual Assistant to support outbound B2B sales efforts. The primary responsibility is identifying and researching decision‑makers within targeted companies and compiling accurate contact data to support meeting bookings and revenue generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect Research & Executive Identification- Work from a provided list of target companies
- Use Linked In Sales Navigator to:
- Identify CEO, CFO, Director of HR, HR Leaders, or other C‑level executives
- Verify relevance and decision‑making authority
- Use AI Sales Platform | Apollo.io - Outbound, Inbound & Automation extension to:
- Extract verified email addresses
- Extract direct phone numbers (if available)
- Input and organize data into structured Google Sheets including:
- Company Name
- Executive Name
- Title
- Phone
- Linked In URL
- Notes (if applicable)
- Maintain clean, duplicate‑free spreadsheets
- Follow qualification parameters provided by the client
- Ensure data formatting consistency
- Flag questionable or incomplete data for clarification
- Sending outreach emails using client‑provided templates
- Managing follow‑ups
- Supporting Linked In connection requests
- Tracking outreach activity and responses
- Assisting with light CRM organization
- Linked In Sales Navigator (Required)
- AI Sales Platform | Apollo.io - Outbound, Inbound & Automation (Preferred; must be trainable if no direct experience)
- Google Sheets / Excel (Required)
- Basic CRM or lead tracking systems
- Email outreach tools (if Phase 2 expands)
- Strong B2B lead research experience
- Prospect qualification understanding
- Data verification skills
- Spreadsheet organization expertise
- Ability to follow structured workflows
- Strong internet research capability
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to understand nuance and context
- Strong comprehension skills
- Proactive communication
- Comfortable asking clarifying questions
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized
- Professional and discreet with login credentials
