Role Overview

Locations we are hiring in: Remote - Preferred Candidates in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Boston Reports to: Senior Director of Sales Development

Jam Loop is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative who operates with a hunter mindset and a technologist’s efficiency. In this role, you aren’t just making calls; you are the engine of our growth, leveraging a cutting-edge  agentic  AI stack to identify, research, and break into the world’s most influential media and SaaS accounts.

This role is responsible for owning the top of the funnel efforts and outbound prospecting. In the near term, success comes from meeting your monthly quota and helping drive company wide revenue and new business opportunities. Over time, this role is expected to expand into coaching and management opportunities within our sales development department or individual account executive roles.

This is a strategic role for someone who is confident building from the ground up, embraces a fast paced environment, and is comfortable with prospecting key stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

What You’ll Own
Strategic Outbound (The Priority)
  • Signal-Based Prospecting: Use Linked In Sales Navigator and Media Radar to identify high-value accounts experiencing  trigger events  (new funding, leadership changes, or campaign launches).

  • AI-Enabled Outreach: Act as a  Human-in-the-Loop , utilizing agentic AI tools to automate deep research and personalize messaging at scale.

  • Multichannel Execution: Design and run  surround sound  sequences across email, phone, Linked In, and video touchpoints.

  • Market Intelligence: Act as a front-line researcher, gathering insights on competitor positioning and buyer objections.

Inbound & Discovery
  • High-Velocity

    Qualification:

    Respond to inbound leads within tight SLA windows, ensuring a premium  first touch  experience.

  • Strategic Discovery: Lead structured discovery calls to assess BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) before routing qualified opportunities.

What You Bring
Must-haves
  • Proven Track Record: 1–2 years of experience in an SDR or BDR capacity within the Media, SaaS, or AdTech sectors.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating Hub Spot CRM, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Media Radar.

  • AI Literacy: You are a  Power User  of AI (e.g., Clay, Perplexity, or ChatGPT) who enjoys experimenting with prompt engineering and sales automation.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to pivot messaging instantly based on persona and vertical.

  • Self-Motivated: A driven individual who excels at managing their own schedule and priorities.

    Skills:

    Strong ability to identify opportunities and strategize effective solutions for clients.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to view the big picture and make decisions that contribute to long-term success.

What Success Looks Like in 6–12 Months
  • In 3 Months: Mastered value proposition, internalised AI-prospecting workflows, and consistently hitting weekly/monthly activity targets.

  • In 6 Months: Expert  Human-in-the-Loop  operator identifying high-intent signals; built a healthy pipeline and deep rapport with AE partners.

  • In 9 Months: Top contributor exceeding quota, contributing to the Outbound Playbook, and being evaluated for AE or SDR Manager roles.

Compensation
  • Base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000

  • Bonus / commission eligible

  • OTE: $100,000 - $120,000
