Sales Executive (Mobility Consultant / Account Executive) | Swvl | Remote (U.S.)

About the Role

Swvl, a global technology company transforming transportation with innovative mobility solutions, is seeking a Sales Executive (Mobility Consultant / Account Executive). You will drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and deliver tailored mobility solutions for enterprise and government clients.

This remote role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and solution consulting. You’ll identify new opportunities, manage accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target prospective clients (corporations, government entities, educational institutions)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized mobility solutions
  • Work with operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure delivery excellence
  • Provide market insights and client feedback for product improvement
  • Prepare reports on pipeline, performance metrics, and market trends
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, sales, or business development (mobility, SaaS, or transportation preferred)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and government sales processes
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable working remotely
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Background in transportation or mobility technology

    Up to $60,000/year + uncapped commission
