This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and strengthen relationships within a portfolio of Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. The Channel Account Manager II will serve as a trusted advisor, helping partners deliver cybersecurity solutions while expanding adoption and satisfaction. The position emphasizes revenue retention, partner loyalty, and strategic engagement. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, this role allows for high impact across partner accounts while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr
Accountabilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned MSP partner organizations
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase partner adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Drive expansion and renewal metrics, achieving and exceeding quota targets
- Support partner success by providing guidance, best practices, and strategic solutions for cybersecurity delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner needs are met and service quality is exceptional
- Uphold and reinforce company culture in all partner interactions
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Success, Channel Sales, or Direct Sales roles, preferably in mid-market MSPs
- Strong knowledge of the MSP ecosystem, ideally with experience in cybersecurity solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive partner adoption
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and capable of achieving results in a fully remote, high-impact environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

- Competitive compensation with base salary of $90,000 and on-target earnings up to $150,000, plus equity
