This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Affiliate Marketing Intern to gain hands‑on experience and contribute to our growth strategy in depending on language regions (Netherlands, Baltics, CEE or Balkans). You will work closely with senior sales operatives, learning the intricacies of retail partnerships, market analysis, and client and affiliate engagement in the crypto space. The internship is designed to provide valuable insights into the sales process within a dynamic international environment.

This is a 4 or 6 month paid internship. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Support the sales team in preparing tailored sales materials for partners and retail clients.
• Assist in managing and updating the CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data.
• Help prepare and analyze sales performance reports.
• Coordinate logistics for samples, marketing materials, and other sales resources.
• Assist in outreach to potential and existing affiliates and clients, including email communications and calls.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects aimed at improving sales flow and direct customer contact, including online webinars and conference events, while providing data.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any finance‑related field.
• Strong interest in sales, crypto, and financial markets.
• Experience in a client‑facing role and handling client objections is a plus.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages (written and verbal) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized with attention to detail and strong time management.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
