Position Overview
As an SDR at Netchex, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth—identifying and engaging net-new prospects through aggressive outbound calling while partnering closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline and accelerate deals. You’re not just setting meetings; you’re starting relationships that turn into long-term Netchex customers.

Key Responsibilities- Actively and aggressively seek out new customers through outbound calls
- Partner with Account Executives to identify contacts, research opportunities, and coordinate outreach strategies
- Leverage AI capabilities in ways of working
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual activity quotas
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Represent Netchex at industry events, conferences as needed

- Candidates must currently reside in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. This role does not offer visa sponsorship, and candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (payroll strongly preferred)
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
- Comfortable using or eager to learn AI tools to enhance prospecting, craft sharper messaging, and identify opportunities faster than the competition
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with high energy and a competitive drive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM tools preferred)
