Sales Director | Roanoke Market

Ballpark Signs is launching regional sales coverage in the Roanoke market and is hiring a Sales Representative to lead that growth. This role begins as a remote field sales position for the first 90 days.

During the initial 90-day period, the Sales Representative will work remotely in the Roanoke region generating signage and sponsorship sales, completing product knowledge reviews, and meeting defined performance targets.

If preset sales goals and knowledge benchmarks are met, Ballpark Signs will open a Satellite Sales Store in the Roanoke area to support your operations. That location will function as a regional sales office and client meeting point, with all production and fulfillment handled by the Christiansburg HUB.

This is a performance-driven expansion role with a defined path to regional leadership.

• Prospect and develop business accounts in the Roanoke region
• Conduct in-person and remote sales meetings
• Sell signage, branding, and sponsor programs
• Generate and manage quotes in the BPS Quote System
• Complete product and workflow knowledge reviews
• Build a qualified pipeline of local clients
• Coordinate with the Christiansburg HUB for production and delivery
• Track activity and opportunities in the system
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Support regional market launch efforts

• Must be located in or near the Roanoke region
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong in-person sales ability
• Self-managed and disciplined work habits
• Comfortable working remotely during launch period
• Able to learn signage products and sponsor programs
• Competent with web-based sales and quoting tools
• Professional communication skills
• Willingness to meet structured performance benchmarks

• Outside B2B sales experience
• Signage, print, or branding industry knowledge
• School and athletic sponsor sales experience
• Existing Roanoke-area business relationships
