Overview

Roll Kall was founded by a retired police officer with one goal in mind: help public safety professionals—police, firefighters, EMTs—connect with their communities through off-duty work. These are extra-duty jobs that enhance local safety while putting some extra cash in first responders’ pockets. We built the platform that makes it easy, efficient, and trusted—for departments, officers, and the organizations that need them.

You’re in sales. You sell. You take what we offer and share it with public safety agencies in a way that clicks. No fluff, no jargon parade. If you’re successful, the financial rewards are strong—just like in any good sales role.

Heads-up: there’s travel involved. If the idea of hopping on a flight now and then makes you groan, this probably isn’t your thing. We go where the deals are.

Roll Kall's office is the hub for innovation, collaboration, and creative thinking — and we like it that way. Employees are expected in the office three days a week unless officially authorized for fully remote work. When you re on the road, flexibility comes with the territory.
