As a VBDC sales agent, you will engage customers through thoughtful, relevant communication while adhering to customer service and sales goals. With a minimum of three years in sales, you will effectively identify opportunities and pursue leads with professionalism.

This role offers a base salary alongside uncapped commission based on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer service performance to exceed VBDC objectives

• Maintain professionalism in all forms of communication

• Identify sales opportunities for new and used vehicles

• Execute additional tasks assigned by your supervisor

• Monitor and achieve key metrics for success

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and French

• At least 3 years of sales experience

• Exceptional communication and content production skills
