As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and strengthen relationships with our partners.
Job Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand clients’ hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or recruitment preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven personality
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR or sales are welcome to apply
