Whatyou get to do every day
- Work full-cycle deals from demo to close.
- Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
- Build and manage a pipeline.
- Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Record and document all sales activities in
- Utilize all sales tech tools.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably at a startup.
- A demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
- A passion for closing deals and delivering tangible value.
- Solutions-oriented mindset; able to recognize objections and help customers see value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
- Resilience, resourcefulness, and creativity.
- Comfort with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs.
- A passion for solving big problems with a positive impact.
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold self accountable.
- Quick learning of technology basics and applying them to business.
- Located in Eastern or Central time zone.
On Target Earnings: $150,000 - $155,000, including a base salary of $77,500 and variable target compensation of $77,500. Compensation includes a comprehensive suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits, stock option grants, and other perks.
