Morelli Medical, a rapidly growing eCommerce company specializing in premium hyperbaric oxygen chambers, is seeking a Sales & Strategy Lead to drive revenue, optimize systems, and enhance customer experience across the U.S.

Your Role:

This role requires a sales-oriented professional capable of closing high-ticket leads, developing CRM and follow-up flows, and scaling our customer journey nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer questions and close sales
  • Develop deep product knowledge to educate and advise buyers confidently
  • Build and refine CRM and follow-up systems to boost conversions
  • Manage orders, invoices, and ensure seamless post-purchase experiences
  • Follow up with inbound leads and nurture prospects through multiple touchpoints
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Train and onboard new team members as we grow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with hyperbaric oxygen therapy or related medical products
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with rapport-building ability
  • Leadership experience and proactive initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, articulate and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with Shopify, CRMs, and support software
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
