Your Role:
This role requires a sales-oriented professional capable of closing high-ticket leads, developing CRM and follow-up flows, and scaling our customer journey nationwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer questions and close sales
- Develop deep product knowledge to educate and advise buyers confidently
- Build and refine CRM and follow-up systems to boost conversions
- Manage orders, invoices, and ensure seamless post-purchase experiences
- Follow up with inbound leads and nurture prospects through multiple touchpoints
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Train and onboard new team members as we grow
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with hyperbaric oxygen therapy or related medical products
- Strong sales and customer service skills with rapport-building ability
- Leadership experience and proactive initiative
- Excellent communication skills, articulate and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with Shopify, CRMs, and support software
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
