. Offering a smart business application that brings real value to the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll be working remotely in the US market and will regularly travel to the HQ in Europe.
THE ROLE
This role is about more than closing deals. It’s about building strong, trust-based relationships, listening deeply to client needs, and guiding the sales cycle in the best possible way. As part of an international sales team, you’ll be the voice of thoughtful growth and partnership in the US market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the full sales journey from inbound lead to contract closure (90% of deals are inbound)
- Build genuine relationships with decision-makers (C-level, IT, Ops)
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize conversion
- Shape sales strategies and help steer long-term growth
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Partner Manager or Account Executive within the Salesforce ecosystem (must)
- Proven track record in influencing and full cycle sales with enterprise clients
- Fluent English speaker with a strong understanding of the US market
- Self-motivated and independent, but collaborative in approach
- Flexibility to travel regularly to Europe
- Based on the East or West Coast of the United States

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $130,000 – $140,000 (with potential to double through bonus)
- Bonus & compensation plan: uncapped upside with clear targets and kickers
