Ringible is hiring an experienced outbound appointment setter to identify businesses that could benefit from our VoIP solutions and schedule qualified meetings with decision makers. This role focuses exclusively on outbound prospecting and booking meetings for our sales team
. You will not be responsible for running demos or closing deals.
This is a high-volume outbound role requiring a minimum of 120 cold calls per day
. Top performers in this position often make 150–200 calls daily
.
- Make a minimum of 120 outbound cold calls per day to small and mid-sized businesses.
- Identify decision makers and introduce Ringible’s VoIP solutions.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team
. - Use Zoom Info to identify prospects and build call lists.
- Track outreach activity in Hub Spot CRM
. - Follow our outbound framework while personalizing your approach when needed.
- Focus on verticals where you believe you can generate the strongest results.
- Target: 2 qualified meetings per day (10 per week).
- Maintain consistent daily call activity and prospecting outreach.
- Schedule meetings with decision makers or strong influencers.
- Ensure meetings are confirmed and properly documented in Hub Spot.
- Zoom Info for contact discovery and prospect research.
- Hub Spot CRM for calling, tracking activity, and pipeline management.
- Experience in high-volume cold calling or appointment setting
. - Comfortable making 120+ outbound calls per day
. - Strong communication skills and persistence when reaching decision makers.
- Experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred).
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound prospecting.
- Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses for qualified meetings booked.
- All candidates begin with a two-week trial period to ensure the role is a good fit for both sides.
- During this time, we evaluate call activity, communication skills, and the ability to generate qualified meetings.
- Successful candidates typically reach the target of 2 qualified meetings per day (10 per week) during the trial period.
