Remote – Assistant Business Development Consultant

Salary Range: $24.00 to $28.00 Hourly (Full Time US)

• Assist with responding to potential customer inquiries with formal and informal presentations, including demos of Therap system.
• Communicate the value of Therap Services solutions with prospects and clients.
• Assist with negotiations to close sales of Therap Services products.
• Assist with closing sales of Therap Services products.
• Assist with upgrading clients' use of Therap Services.
• Build relationships within prospective and current organizations.
• Network, prospect and qualify account opportunities. Utilize CRM documentation.
• Attend industry conferences.
• Work on special projects as needed.

• Experience utilizing Therap for a year plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain close relationships with the Sales team and customers.
• Ability to use consultative and sales skills to understand customer business requirements and recommend Therap Services solutions that best solve their business needs.
• Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Ability to be flexible to operate in a customer focused environment and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions, prioritize and execute tasks and creatively problem solve.
• Proficient in web applications and other software.
