Reservations Sales Agent; Remote

Overview

Fast Mold Testing is a US based startup revolutionizing the $5B annual mold inspection, testing, and remediation industry. With recent explosive profit growth, we are seeking experienced reservations sales agents (multiple) to join our team. This position plays an important role in our day-to-day North American operations and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers as we grow.

This role is fully-remote with no shortage of inbound leads. So long as you are self-motivated, exude sales confidence, respond to leads quickly, and maintain a high close rate, we don't care where you're working from. You'll also have the opportunity to work under exceptional leaders, and get to learn new tools and systems.

Must have:

• Be a self-starter, able to identify and address problem areas in the sales process.
• At least 2 years experience as a reservations sales associate.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to make and receive calls during business hours (bonuses for out of hours responses).

• Immediately respond to inbound booking calls and online inquiries from customers.
• Generate and deliver quotes using provided software.
• Improve quote-to-booking conversion by maintaining visibility and timely communication.
• Use our internal software to assign and manage bookings to inspectors.
• Contribute to development of sales templates and call scripts.
• Contact customers after inspections for feedback and encourage positive reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp using pre-approved templates and links.
