Erwartetes Profil- zwingend Schweizerdeutsch sehr gut
- weitere Sprachen wie Italienisch oder Französisch von grossem Vorteil
- Gute mündliche Fähigkeiten und Ausdrucksvermögen
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- Technisches Know-how
- Begleitetes und intensives Onboarding durch erfahrene Mitarbeitende
- Aktives Training und Pflege des hochqualitativen Kundendialoges
- Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten nach 6 Monaten in Richtung Inbound
- Festanstellung nach einem Jahr mit individueller Entwicklungsmöglichkeit
- Nach der Einarbeitungszeit jeweils 3 Tage Home Office, 2 Tage im Office
