You’ll manage roughly 100 existing enterprise accounts in the Northeast. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in Account Management or Customer Success, particularly in B2B SaaS, where they’ve thrived on retention and expansion targets. Your proactive approach will ensure all accounts are nurtured, with a keen eye on future growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster strong relationships with enterprise clients
• Drive timely customer adoption and product utilization
• Ensure accurate forecasts and secure renewals
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with Account Executives on larger contracts
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in Account Management or a similar role
• Proven success in retention and expansion metrics
• Effective communicator with strong CRM skills
• Experience with IT or remote-connectivity software
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
