Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Fully remote position: at least 6 months of in‑office State Farm agency experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
• People‑oriented.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Experience with various computer applications, particularly Windows.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain in GA).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain in GA).
