• Comprehensive Training and Mentorship: start with 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of hands‑on field coaching. You’ll learn everything you need to succeed in digital sales.
• Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
  • Year 1 On‑Target Earnings: $100,000‑$110,000
  • Year 2 On‑Target Earnings: $110,000‑$130,000
