Acquisition Sales Representative
We are seeking a high-performing Acquisition Sales Representative who excels at building trust, understanding seller needs, and closing deals over the phone. This is a performance-driven, commission-only role designed for individuals who want upside earning potential, thrive in a high-activity sales environment, and are committed to mastering their craft. As an Acquisition Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound seller leads, qualifying opportunities, and converting these opportunities into executed purchase agreements or listing referrals.
This role is entirely phone-based, requiring strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners across the country.
You will operate within our CRM system, allowing you to efficiently manage conversations, follow-ups, and your sales pipeline. Within the CRM, your dashboard tracks all critical key performance indicators (KPIs) to verify you are on target for success. The ideal DISC style is a High D / Mid-High I / Mid-High S / Low
C. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, takes initiative, customer service oriented, has patience, is an active listener, and requires minimal hand-holding. This person should be able to work independently and work aggressively to connect with our inbound leads.

- $250,000+ annually for strong performers
- $500,000+ annually for top-tier closers
Note:
Candidates should have a minimum of six (6) months of financial reserves to support themselves during the ramp-up period of building their pipeline.

- Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up to convert leads into closed deals
- Manage and track all activity within the CRM system
- Maintain a high level of daily call volume and pipeline activity
- Required
- 2–3+ years of experience in real estate (acquisitions, wholesaling, retail agent, etc.)
- Proven ability to close deals over the phone
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and active listening ability
- Comfortable handling objections, solving problems, and navigating complex conversations
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment
- Ability to maintain consistent call volume (6–10+ hours/day)
- Working nights/weekends should feel comfortable
