Cold Caller & Email Outreach – B2B (BDR)
- Commission: $15 USD per qualified appointment
Remoto Workforce is looking for a proactive and driven Cold Caller & Email Outreach BDR to generate new business opportunities for our sales team.
This role is focused on high-volume cold calling and cold emailing, where you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, qualifying leads and booking demos.
Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily (80+ calls)
- Send structured cold email campaigns daily
- Prospect via Linked In and other outbound channels
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Hub Spot or similar)
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets
- Advanced / strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience in cold calling and cold emailing
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Experience in B2B sales (preferred)
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Someone who is not afraid of cold outreach (calls + email)
- High resilience and persistence
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
- Organized and tech-savvy
- Motivated by performance and commissions
