Sales Representative
Outside Sales Representative – responsible for selling digital marketing solutions to small businesses across a designated territory. Activities include prospecting through cold calling, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, delivering virtual and in‑person presentations, managing client relationships, and growing a personal book of business to earn residual commissions.
Year 1 on‑target earnings are between $90,000 and $100,000, with potential for more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on‑target earnings are between $100,000 and $120,000. Base salary: $54,000.
Responsibilities- Sell digital marketing solutions via a partnership selling model, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
- Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
- Grow a personal book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
- Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
- Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, making each day different.
