Role Overview :
Appointment Setter

We are seeking aU.S.

-based Appointment Setter

to initiate outbound and inbound conversations with prospective clients and schedule qualified discovery calls for our sales and leadership team. This role focuses on
quality conversations, not aggressive selling
, and plays a critical role in the growth of our client base.

You will be the first point of contact for many potential clients and help ensure a smooth, professional handoff to the sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Qualify leads using structured questions to assess fit and readiness
  • Clearly communicate MyBuilder

    CPA's services and value proposition
  • Schedule discovery and strategy calls with internal team members
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently with warm and undecided leads
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or outbound prospecting
  • Excellent spoken English with a confident, professional phone presence
  • Strong listening skills and ability to guide conversations naturally
  • Organized, reliable, and self-directed in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and communication tools
  • Experience with professional services, accounting, or B2B sales is a plus
