Location: Denpasar

Runchise is an all-in-one F&B management platform designed for businesses at every stage — from home-based brands and cloud kitchens to cafés, restaurants, and multi-outlet franchises.

We help F&B businesses manage their entire operation in one system — from front-of-house (POS & reservation), back-of-house (inventory, purchasing, central kitchen), to online channels (GoFood, Grab Food) and financial reporting.

As we expand aggressively in Bali, we’re building a team that is hungry, adaptive, and driven to win together.

Role Description

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptive, and driven to consistently close deals in a fast-moving environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and approach potential F&B clients (restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and growing brands)
  • Execute outbound sales activities such as prospecting, cold outreach, on-site visits, and meetings
  • Conduct consultative selling by understanding client operations and offering the right solutions
  • Conduct product demos tailored to real F&B operational needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing and onboarding handover
  • Build strong relationships with owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and expand Runchise’s presence in Bali
  • Maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline
Qualifications

We’re looking for the right mindset, not just experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (SaaS is a plus)
  • Strong learning mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Highly driven to close deals and continuously improve performance
  • Strong prospecting skills with a hunting, outbound-focused approach
  • Ability to understand client needs, identify challenges, and propose relevant solutions
  • Team player with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Interest or experience in the F&B industry is a plus
