Customer Development / Regional Sales Manager
PCC is looking for a motivated and experienced technical sales professional to lead Customer Development and Sales efforts across the Great Lakes region. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy working with end users and EPC customers, and have a strong background in air pollution control systems, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do- Identify and develop new project opportunities (pre-RFQ).
- Manage and support regional sales reps.
- Own the full sales cycle and quotation process.
- Promote PCC’s aftermarket services and new product launches.
- Collaborate with Application Engineering teams.
- Represent PCC across active and emerging market sectors.
- Report to the Marketing/Business Development Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
- 5+ years of technical sales experience.
- Expertise in air pollution control equipment.
- Familiarity with boilers, fans, heat exchangers.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Remote/home office based.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
