Customer Development / Regional Sales Manager

PCC is looking for a motivated and experienced technical sales professional to lead Customer Development and Sales efforts across the Great Lakes region. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy working with end users and EPC customers, and have a strong background in air pollution control systems, we want to hear from you!

• Identify and develop new project opportunities (pre-RFQ).
• Manage and support regional sales reps.
• Own the full sales cycle and quotation process.
• Promote PCC’s aftermarket services and new product launches.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering teams.
• Represent PCC across active and emerging market sectors.
• Report to the Marketing/Business Development Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience.
• Expertise in air pollution control equipment.
• Familiarity with boilers, fans, heat exchangers.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Remote/home office based.
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
