Sales Engineer
A specialized cleanroom solutions provider is seeking an experienced Cleanroom Sales Representative
based in the US to support and grow business across the country.
This role is focused on selling engineered cleanroom systems and components into highly regulated environments and requires strong technical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel regularly.
The ideal candidate has prior experience selling cleanroom or commercial HVAC solutions. This is a field-facing role suited for a consultative salesperson who understands complex mechanical systems and project-driven sales cycles.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with customers requiring cleanroom and controlled environment solutions
- Sell cleanroom systems, components, and related HVAC or filtration solutions
- Serve as a technical resource to customers, consultants, and contractors throughout the sales cycle
- Travel regularly to customer sites to assess requirements and support project development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and applications
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver accurate proposals and solutions
- Track opportunities, customer activity, and pipeline progress
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity within the cleanroom and HVAC space

- Required:
Prior sales experience in cleanroom systems, commercial HVAC, or related mechanical solutions - Background selling engineered or project-based solutions preferred
- Experience working with cleanroom, filtration, air handling, or controlled environment products strongly preferred
- Comfortable with frequent travel and managing a multi-state territory
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
- Self-motivated, organized, and effective in consultative sales environments
