Meet the Team!

Our Revenue team is looking for a Customer Solution Consultant to help customers realize digital transformation through cloud communication by leading collaboration with sales, engineers, and support. The role builds and maintains relationships, influences strategic direction, and acts as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical liaison between sales and product development teams to nurture deals, assist with solution design, quoting, proposals, RFPs, and documentation.
  • Understand conversational automation platforms, their capabilities, and solve problems for enterprises across industries and functions.
  • Attend meetings with Sales to understand pain points, requirements, and business goals, and suggest the most suitable solution.
  • Participate in problem escalation and call‑prevention projects to improve client and technical specialist efficiency.
  • Implement product demos and pilots to showcase value.
  • Provide timely, prioritized, and complete client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development.
  • Build and implement Success Plans for assigned customers.
  • Manage day‑to‑day Customer Success functions for assigned customers.
  • Increase customer adoption of Unifonic services while minimizing churn.
  • Assist Sales/Account Management teams in upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Coordinate efforts for cross‑functional needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Hands‑on 2+ years of experience selling technology solutions, technical consultation, customer excellence, or delivery in related industries (SaaS, Telecommunications, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, or related IT fields.
  • Experience in a technology‑driven industry, PaaS and/or SaaS preferred.
  • Ability to create a positive customer experience by maximizing service or product offerings and building relationships.
  • Ability to think long‑term while making decisions and building relationships.
  • Ability to understand and solve customers’ needs and problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, leading multi‑stakeholder relationships and collaborating with virtual teams.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
