Senior Executive, Client Services - US; Remote

Responsibilities

• Act as a key representative of the company by attracting new and expanding existing client relationships.
• Forge new client relationships through unsolicited outreach, cold calls, events, and networking, and track leads through the sales funnel.
• Grow revenue and meet targets in all categories of recruitment services.
• Partner with the recruitment and solutions teams to effectively implement recruitment campaigns.
• Follow up on leads, prepare and organize sales collateral, and work through Hub Spot.
• Involvement in the proposal process and developing and pitching proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.

• 5‑7 years of new business development experience in outsourcing, recruitment, or professional services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proficiency in SharePoint.
• Hub Spot experience is a plus.
• High energy level, comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects at one time.
• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong follow‑up skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Competitive history (sports background, proven top salesperson track record).
• An ambitious, outgoing personality and a will to win.
