What you’ll be doing
You will lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve and consistently exceed sales targets. Maintaining a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, offering constructive feedback, and driving team motivation and growth through regular performance reviews, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and sales strategies.

Ideally, you’ll be based in the US; however, this is a remote position.
You’ll have proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the SaaS industry.
