We’relooking for a well-connected, relationship-driven professional—often coaches, teachers, athletic directors, or community leaders—whoenjoyopeningdoors and creating momentum. This opportunity is focused on prospecting, relationship-building, and securing commitment to deals. Once a partnership is locked in,you’llhandoff to an Account Manager who handles all backend setup and execution, allowing you to stay focused ongeneratingnew opportunities.

• Relationship Management:Leverageyour existing network toidentifyand engage potential partners (schools, teams, programs, and community groups).
• Presentations:Conduct in-person meetings and demos.
• Sales:Prospect and generate new business.
  
  Close new partnerships and transition them smoothly to an Account Manager for execution.

• Must be committed to achieving sales goalsasanindependentsales expert.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
• A proactive, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Consistency, follow-through, and self-direction without the need for close oversight.

• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Prior sales experience (especially outside sales) is strongly preferred.
• Responsible foryour own business operations to secure sales, considering any costs in that process.

• Uncapped Commission:Earnings are performance-based with no ceiling.

• Flexible, remote contract work with meaningful earning potential.
• A short initial commitment (one quarter) with the opportunity to extendafter feedback and review.
• Clear role focus—no backend admin or long-term account management.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position and does not include a base salary, employer-sponsored benefits, or paid leave. You control the manner, means, and schedule of your activities.
