Due to our global focus and international growth, PIPECARE EUROPE, part of PIPECARE Group, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Europe, specializing in In‑line Inspection Services.
PositionSummary
The selected candidate will grow the customer base of PIPECARE Europe, introduce new customers to the benefits of PIPECARE’s In‑line Inspection services, and participate in defining short‑term and long‑term strategic goals. The role will open doors to build key customer relationships, identify new business contacts, guide customers during the contracting process, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The ideal candidate will lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, establish and maintain key client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring performance against targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively offering solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Analyze market data to develop and refine sales strategies, ensuring a competitive edge in the oil and gas sector.
- Assist in negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with organizational goals.
- Learn about contract management processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination, particularly with the technical and operations teams, to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical and/or sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with experience in technical or sales roles within the industry.
- In‑depth knowledge of oil and gas pipelines or inspection services and market dynamics.
- Analytical and pragmatic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to develop negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Remote (home office) job; living in Europe (preferably France).
- Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
