Personal Branding, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join its client relations team. This remote, full-time contract role offers from $33,800/year plus bonuses, commissions, and paid training.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, conduct qualifying interviews, and present program options to new members of an internationally recognized, member-only organization of professional women.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective clients and conduct qualifying interviews
  • Review candidate applications and assess eligibility
  • Build rapport and trust with candidates

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Background in sales, customer service, business development, or client relations preferred
  • Fluent in English with superior communication skills
  • Ability to navigate CRM systems (training provided)
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word and typing efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism
  • Reliable, motivated, and outgoing personality

Preferred:

  • Prior sales experience (especially scripted inside phone sales)
  • Higher education degree from an accredited institution
  • Familiarity with lead management or CRM systems
  • Clear diction and enunciation
