Partnerships & Relationship Development Representative

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Partnerships & Relationship Development Representative for an organization in the higher education space. This is a remote position, though the role requires extensive travel.

This role focuses on expanding partnerships with union and labor-affiliated organizations through relationship-based outreach and early-stage opportunity management. The Partnerships & Relationship Development Representative will drive top-of-funnel growth and manage opportunities from initial contact through qualification.

• Identify and prioritize prospective organizations for partnership
• Conduct outreach and leverage existing relationships to secure introductory meetings
• Manage opportunities through a CRM, ensuring documentation and follow-up
• Travel to conferences, leadership meetings, and in-person introductions as needed
• Build regional presence and credibility within the union ecosystem
• Qualify opportunities and provide detailed handoff to internal teams

• Direct experience within or closely alongside labor unions or union-affiliated organizations
• Established network of union leaders, staff, or affiliated partners
• Consultative, relationship-first approach to business development
• Experience in partnership or relationship-driven sales environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with CRM experience

Compensation for this role is $85,000-$105,000 per year, with performance-based bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and professional development support.
