- Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and account status through CRM
- Drive pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with profitability objectives
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience with at least 2 years in business development in the Data Center sector
- Proven understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and applications
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a selling environment
- Experience using or a similar CRM program
- Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions
- Strong ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research
- Established relationships in the assigned account region
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time as required
- Valid driver's license
