Regional Vice President, Product Specialist, GLP-1 Sales

As GLP‑1s for obesity have become a key benefit in the employee benefits market, we are looking for a Regional Vice President & Product Specialist to sell our GLP‑1 focused solutions to employer groups. The role will work closely with our Key Accounts team and our PBM partners to execute the sales motion and help grow our impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities within the territory / alliance that are a fit for Omada’s solution and execute the sales process and playbook for those accounts, in coordination with other Omada Commercial personnel.
  • Work closely with strategic partners and PBMs to collaborate on market, account and opportunity strategies that lead to new business.
  • Take a solution/consultative sales approach with prospects to learn more about their needs and how our solution would complement their strategies.
  • Exercise the desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization and collaborate cross‑functionally.
Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of experience selling Health and/or Benefits solutions to self‑insured employers and/or product experience/expertise in the GLP‑1 space.
  • Knowledge of GLP‑1s, AOMs, and their impact on the employee benefits industry.
  • Energy to motivate prospects to take action and a track record of successful quota achievement.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills and the discipline to work independently.
  • Experience working for an emerging‑growth company and the capability to run the entire sales process from prospecting through contract closure.
  • Pharm

    D preferred, but not required.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time.

Compensation

Ranges

California, New York State, and Washington State ranges: $285,268 - $321,600
Colorado range: $278,952 - $313,700.
Base salary is approximately 50%–56% of total compensation range. The role is eligible for equity grants. The actual offer will depend on candidate qualifications and business considerations.
