Position: Sales Director SAE/CFM Americas (Fully Remote with Travel)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Define and implement sales strategies for a customer portfolio in collaboration with strategic partner GE Aerospace
  • Lead sales campaigns from opportunity identification to contract signature
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and GE Aerospace for alignment on campaign strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities to enhance the sales pipeline and improve performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or aftersales roles, with at least 5 years in the aerospace industry
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Americas and internationally
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of successful sales strategies in competitive markets
  • High level of autonomy and attention to detail
  • Experience in trade compliance regulations related to aerospace sales
