This is a high-visibility, autonomous position designed for a strategic seller who takes full ownership of their book of business.
Reporting to the Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of North America’s leading Health Clubs. You will move beyond relationship maintenance to proactively identify new revenue opportunities and lead internal cross-functional efforts to ensure a superior customer experience.
This is a remote role; however, to effectively manage and engage with our partners in this region, the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel on a bi-weekly basis.
As a Key Account Manager, You Will
- Take full ownership of assigned Key Accounts, developing and executing long-term strategic plans that align Life Fitness / Hammer Strength solutions with client business goals.
- Proactively identify and capture expansion opportunities within your existing portfolio to drive incremental revenue and increase market share.
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Credit & Leasing, Legal, and Operations to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless project execution.
- Build deep relationships across complex Health Club organizations by independently identifying and engaging new influencers and decision-makers.
- Maintain a rigorous, self-directed cadence within Salesforce and CLM, providing leadership with accurate revenue forecasting and market insights.
- Resolve delivery or installation hurdles independently to ensure a successful final mile for every order.
- Demonstrate the business acumen and initiative required to transition into a Strategic Account Management role within the organization.
- You possess a hunter’s spirit - driven to proactively grow your book of business and maximize account potential.
- You have a natural curiosity that leads you to ask "why" and "what’s next," helping you deeply understand a client’s long-term strategy.
- 4+ years experience in Account Management or Sales, with a proven track record of expanding existing partnerships.
