Account Director – Remote Work

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Director based in Texas to join our leadership team and build long‑term relationships with executive‑level clients, driving strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and present Baires Dev services through meetings, listening to their wishes and concerns.
  • Create account plans and report on revenue/headcount growth to the Global Account Manager or Account Directors on a regular basis.
  • Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities, assess customer needs, and prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals, networking, and social media.
  • Brought new business leads to increase revenue, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Staffing, Sales, Business Development) to achieve better results.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales executive/client partner/engagement manager roles or equivalent in the IT/Tech Industry.
  • Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another IT‑related degree) is a big plus.
  • Must be based in Texas, preferably Houston area.
  • Focused experience in Oil and gas (Energy) or SaaS.
