The role is the front line of Rukita's team, finding the best housing solutions for everyone and helping potential tenants match their needs with thousands of properties nationwide using best‑in‑class outreach and great conversations. As an online sales professional you become our sales force to ensure the positive growth of the business and support incoming housing demands.

A passionate understanding of sales and overall product quality is essential. The online sales role contributes to the success of Rukita’s overall business objectives.

• Qualify inbound leads from different activation channels and follow up with the aim of booking properties.
• Develop and maintain a high‑quality lead funnel.
• Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring all customer interactions are updated and recorded.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Set appointments and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into customers.
• Provide feedback to team leaders on lead quality and engagement to help refine lead generation strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account executive roles.
• Experience in direct selling products or services.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• Understanding of sales pipeline management and the drive to achieve results.
• High level of administrative and correspondence skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, self‑directed, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
