How You'll Contribute

Call the leads that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings with clients

Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and build solid relationships with them

Work with your manager to establish clear objectives and goals for yourself and achieve them through focused effort and determination

Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (support provided).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Must be fluent in English and reside in Canada (except Quebec).

Must have a computer or laptop (tablets/Chromebooks not supported).

100% Remote

$67K+ avg 1st year; $118K avg 2nd year commission + bonuses
