Role OverviewWe’re looking for licensed, experienced Mortgage Brokers or Loan Officers to originate loans under our capital platform. This is a remote, commission-only role ideal for brokers who already have a pipeline, referral base, or investor relationships.

- Self-motivated, professional, and ready to close deals
- Comfortable in a performance-based commission structure
- Commission-based (no base salary)
- Projected annual income range: $80,000 – $300,000+, depending on volume
