This is a remote position.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying and engaging new business opportunities within the HR and recruitment space. You'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with prospective clients, supporting the sales team, and driving revenue growth for our AI pre-screening platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and networking strategies.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment sectors.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone calls, emails, and Linked In to engage with potential customers.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Master our AI pre-screening software tools to effectively consult clients on tailored solutions.
  • Schedule product demos and set up consultative appointments for senior sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to outreach activities and pipeline development.
  • Stay current with industry trends in AI recruitment technology and hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and appointment-setting targets.
  • Experience making sales calls (both warm and cold).
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.).
  • Problem-solving ability rooted in consultative sales techniques.

Preferred:

  • Experience in HR tech, recruitment, or talent acquisition industries.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in business settings.
  • Experience selling to HR professionals or C-level executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
