Your role drives revenue growth and sales channel optimization.
In this dynamic position, you will lead a dedicated sales team and develop various channel strategies. Your experience in the HVAC sector will help develop robust annual sales plans, ensuring that performance aligns with our operating goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed established revenue targets
• Manage and train sales teams on products and processes
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
• Maintain contracts with customers and partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
• 7–10 years in HVAC sales management
• Proven sales strategy development capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Approximately 60% travel required
