This performance‑driven sales role has strong support, hands‑on training, and real income potential.
$40,000–$55,000 base salary + uncapped commission. First‑year earnings typically range from $60,000–$90,000+, with top performers exceeding $100,000. Your base salary supports you while you ramp up; as production grows, income shifts toward commission, giving you unlimited earning potential.
Hybrid Work ScheduleRole begins in‑office for training and onboarding (first 60–90 days). After training, team members earn a hybrid schedule based on performance, typically 2–3 days per week from home. Remote flexibility increases with consistent production.

- Quote and sell personal lines insurance (home, auto, renters, etc.)
- Follow up on inbound leads and generate new opportunities
- Build relationships with clients and provide coverage guidance
- Cross‑sell and round out accounts
Track activity and hit production goals - Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience quoting and selling personal lines (home, auto, renters) is a strong plus
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills
- Competitive mindset with a desire to improve
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stay organized and manage pipeline
