As an Independent Insurance Broker
, you will educate clients on Medicare-related insurance products and help individuals select coverage that best fits their healthcare and financial needs.
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity offering flexible scheduling, remote work options, uncapped earning potential, and long-term residual income opportunities.
Agents may work fully remote, hybrid, or in-person depending on their market and preference.
Responsibilities- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
- Conduct phone, virtual, and/or in-person consultations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow CMS and carrier compliance guidelines
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities within CRM systems
- Generate referrals and grow a personal book of business
- Stay current on Medicare products, certifications, and compliance requirements
- Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Preferred
- Active Health & Life Insurance License
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms
- Individuals willing to obtain a Health & Life license
- Sales professionals transitioning into insurance
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish strongly encouraged)
