This role is essential in driving the growth of existing client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will strategically partner with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong sales acumen coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Your efforts in building and maintaining relationships will directly contribute to the company's revenue growth and long-term success.
- Drive growth within current accounts through proactive outbounding and relationship building.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers.
- Open and convert new lines of business within existing accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities including upgrades, renewals, cross-sells, and add-on services.
- Manage pricing discussions and renewal conversations within established guidelines.
- Ensure full understanding of client procurement processes to accurately forecast and set expectations.
- Create value within existing relationships to gain introductions to new contacts, teams, and departments.
- Manage and forecast an expansion pipeline for services and partner offerings.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 1+ years selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services.
- 3+ years selling into the manufacturing, healthcare, construction, or financial services industries.
- Experience managing existing client relationships with revenue responsibility.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development.
- Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 with on-target earnings of $170,000-$200,000.
