Position OverviewDataiku is hiring an experienced Strategic Account Executive to drive adoption of the Dataiku platform. This is an individual contributor role that manages the full sales cycle, owns a territory across multiple industries, and collaborates with marketing, product, and sales engineering teams.
Responsibilities- Engage prospects and customers, articulating the business value of the Dataiku platform.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing.
- Own a defined territory and develop deep relationships with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product management, and sales engineering to position solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in software field sales.
- Strong belief in a customer‑centric selling philosophy and a consultative approach.
- Track record of selling innovative concepts to large enterprises.
- Ability to develop a vision that aligns with prospects and customers, cultivating champions across internal and external groups.
- Excellent articulation of competitive positioning.
- Willingness to travel 30‑50%.
- Preferred: experience in data (big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration) or early startup background.
Compensation
US national base pay ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined at interview and may include variable incentive components.
