Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Remote (U.S. only)

Compensation: $90K–$110K base + uncapped commission + accelerators + ramp

About Our Client

Our client, a fast-growing, private equity‑backed fintech, is seeking top-performing Enterprise and Midmarket Account Executives to join their team. This is a high‑impact, quota‑carrying role focused on landing net new logos within midmarket and enterprise organizations ($150M to 1B+ revenue).

What You'll Do
  • Source, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Lead 6+ month complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and $50K+ ARR deals
  • Target senior finance, accounting, and IT leaders with value‑driven outreach
  • Collaborate with in‑house solution consultants to deliver tailored demos and proposals
  • Apply a consultative, MEDDIC‑style methodology to move deals efficiently through the funnel
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline activity in Salesforce
  • Work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to win and retain business
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience - finance, payments, or automation tech (preferred, not required)
  • Proven track record exceeding $1M+ quotas in a net new logo (hunter) role
  • Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and multithreading across buying committees
  • Ability to self‑source pipeline and run a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills; confident presenting to the C‑suite
  • Skilled in MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar consultative selling methodology
  • Comfortable working independently in a loosely managed, remote environment
